Dual Ownership- Server 2 (to Nordahl/David)

The_Strategist and I are partners in ownership of our rented server, but, since the [owner] rank is only able to be used on one person, We need executive intervention to help get owner rank for myself so I can run the server during US hours and The_Strategist can run it during EU hours, as we have a system of shift hours for our staff.
