Screen Glitch

I have a glitch who appears two lines on my screen like this :

Somebody know how to fix it ?

Hi.

This glitch appear when you have "DirectX 8.1".

If you setup "DirectX 8.1" in your garry's mod launch option, remove it. But you can remove the "Post-Process" in the Zworld. If you don't know where is this setting press F1 ;).
