CARGONATION Stuck in endles auto reboot.

Server CARGONATION is summoning skynet devils, its stuck in auto reboot, manual reboot doesn't work, map change doesn't work, we even tried crashing server with zombies and cars with 0 results.
It just goes: server is rebooting in -1500 and just keeps counting.

I think behind this ritual is Umbrella Corporation or the garage door.
