Every servers are rented and have their own rules. So, if you have a player who breaking a rule on a rented server, you need to ask the owner or a admin of this server.
And i was on this server and no rules speak about of your problem:

Staff is Zenlon (owner), Halcyonic Angel and Headington.
No exploiting or cheating.
Do not behave maliciously towards users in global chat.
The server will have events, including but not limited to: Admin run Hordes, Loot missions, and more. If you don't enjoy the events don't play hte server.
Weather may be changed suddenly.
